How much does the shuttle cost?

A one way shuttle ticket costs $71.00 to/from NYC. A one way shuttle ticket costs $75.00 to/from Brooklyn.

Where are the pick-up and drop-off locations?

For all shore towns….

New York City, pick-up is at W 41st & Dyer Avenue (between 9th & 10th Sts near the Lincoln Tunnel).
Return drop-off in New York City is at Penn Station.
Brookyln – 4th Ave-9th Street Subway Station

Additional locations include:
Ventnor – Ventnor Community Complex: 400 N Lafayette Ave, Ventnor, NJ
Margate: Dollar General in Ventnor Plaza, 4910 Wellington Avenue, Ventnor, NJ

How long does the shuttle typically take?

It varies based on the day, shuttle time, and summer traffic. Typically, it ranges around 2-3 hours depending on the shore town. Delays beyond 3 hours are possible.

Do you issue any refunds or transfers?

Tickets are non-refundable. Ticket reselling is allowed via Facebook groups. Transfers to another shuttle on the same day cost $10. Transfers to another day cost $25.

How do I sell a ticket?

Reselling is allowed in the Facebook group. Posts are approved only after tickets are sold out on their end.

If I sell my ticket, how do I change the name on the ticket?

Names cannot be changed. The buyer should check in under the original ticket holder’s name.

Am I guaranteed a seat? What if you are sold out?

If you book and pay, your seat is guaranteed. When sold out, bookings close online, and updates are shared on social media.

Are pets allowed on the shuttle?

Yes! If your pet is 10 pounds or under, we do not require you to purchase an additional seat for your pet. However, if the pet is 11 pounds and above OR you want your pet to have their own seat (not sit on your lap/under your seat) you must purchase an additional seat at the same cost as the standard ticket.

How do I book? Can I call in a reservation?

All reservations are booked on our website at parkaveworldwide.com via a credit card. We do not accept cash at any time. We do not accept reservations over the phone unless it is a same day ticket.  

Am I able to purchase a one-way ticket or do I have to purchase a round-trip ticket?

You can absolutely purchase a one-way ticket! Brooklyn travelers can ONLY purchase Brooklyn tickets and LBI travelers can ONLY purchase LBI tickets.

What time should I arrive at the shuttle? What happens if I am late?

Arrive 15-20 minutes before departure. If late, no refunds or credits are given. Transfers to another shuttle (if available) are possible for a fee.

What happens if I leave any of my belongings on the shuttle?

Please email us at shuttles@parkaveworldwide.com to make us aware. We will ship the item back to you and you will be charged a $50.00 inconvenience fee.

What type of vehicle should I expect for the shuttle?

Vehicles range from Sprinters to Mini Buses and 56-passenger motor coaches. No specific vehicle is guaranteed.

Do the vehicles have bathrooms on them?

Some vehicles have bathrooms; others don’t. Rest stops are provided halfway through the ride.

Do the vehicles have Wi-Fi and power ports?

All vehicles have Wi-Fi, but its performance varies based on usage. Most vehicles have power ports, but they’re not guaranteed.

How do I get in contact with someone?

My friends/family and I want to get a private vehicle, is this an option?

Absolutely! We are a worldwide private transportation service. Please call or e-mail us to get a quote or to begin the booking process at 215-364-2470 or reservations@parkaveworldwide.com.

Should I tip the driver?

Tipping our chauffeurs is at the passenger’s discretion. If you are interested in tipping the chauffeur, we recommend approximately $5 per person. This can be done at the time of booking.
